Delivering your order

Order by 3 pm Mon-Fri for same-day shipping.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 (GPS Trackers and Activity Monitors), or DPD (food and weighing bowls). Most orders will arrive the next working day, but this may vary depending on local courier conditions. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery to Northern Ireland and remote areas of Scotland.

US orders are sent and tracked by DHL SmartMail Expedited. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Delivery fees

Free Delivery for orders over £30.
For orders of £30 or less, delivery is £4.
Smaller items: For smaller items (straps and batteries), delivery is £1.49.
