What’s the use of having the best product in the world if you can’t get it to your customers and help them make the most of it if they’re having problems? Nothing! That’s why we put so much focus on this team.

Our customers’ dogs are special, and so we have some of the most dedicated, skilled and friendly operations and customer support people around. They regularly get five-star reviews for their work. 

Our team loves helping people, whether on social media, email, or live on the phone. They’re our public face, sorting out problems, getting new users going, or even just chatting about dogs if that’s what our customers want (and some do!). 

Members of this team get detailed training on our products directly from the people who designed them, and the team organises and grows their own knowledge base that helps them to provide expert answers to any question anyone might ask. Every member of the team plays an important role in building up this shared knowledge and continuously improving our handling of customer issues.

On the operations side, this team also manages procurement, product stock levels, logistics, dispatch, returns, replacements, and all the other things without which we wouldn’t have a working business selling real products to real people.

The team is also the eyes and ears of the company, listening to and understanding what our customers are saying, then communicating that back to help improve our products and create new ones. 

With a diverse range of backgrounds and personalities, this team is the ideal place to learn and grow your customer-facing skills, and we provide the time and space to do just that.
