Product Development Careers We control the precise specification and high quality of our products by designing and developing the technology for them almost entirely in-house. To do that, we run interdisciplinary teams of hardware, software, firmware, QA and devops engineers working closely together on the various parts of our system. We’re genuinely agile, using SCRUM techniques to complete each sprint every two weeks with the aim of making software releases on the same regular cycle. Our goal is to empower our development teams to be self-managing as far as possible, deciding for themselves what technologies should be used, and how things should be done to meet our product and business goals. Our tech stack includes: C# and Xamarin on iOS and Android, .NET on Microsoft Azure, and a long list of other things! Our teams have roles for people at all stages of their careers, from new graduates (even self-taught experts) all the way through to serious architect-level gurus. We’re serious about helping our engineers to learn new skills and develop their careers through internal and external training, and everyone gets to learn from each other too. We make time in every sprint (“Hack Fridays”) for personal exploration. And we don’t waste time in pointless meetings.
