The PitPat App

Many of our products are accessed through or controlled via our app. The PitPat app is available to download free-of-charge from the App Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play (for Android). You can download and use it even if you’ve not got a PitPat device or any other PitPat products.

We grant you and any other co-owners of your pet the right to access and use our app under our General Terms of Use (which includes our Privacy Policy), any other product-specific terms that may apply (for example, in respect of particular devices or services), and the additional app-specific terms below:

Compatibility with your phone

To make use of our app you must have and maintain access to a compatible smartphone:

● You must be using a smartphone model that was first released by any of the following manufacturers no more than five years ago: Apple, Google, HTC, Huawei, LG, Motorola, Samsung or Sony.
● You must also be running either the latest or the immediately preceding major version of your phone’s operating system. You may sometimes be restricted to using an earlier version of our app if you are not using the latest version of your OS.

If your phone is from another manufacturer, was first released over five years ago, or is running an older OS version, our app (or an earlier version of it) will very probably still work. We can’t guarantee to help you get going though, but if you have recently bought a PitPat device and subsequently find that our app will not work on your phone, you can make use of our Returns Policy.

Sorry, but we don’t officially support the PitPat app on tablets, laptops, desktop PCs or anything other than a normal smartphone. If you try PitPat with any of these other devices, it might work, but we won’t be able to offer you any support for it (you can still use the returns policy though).


We may make changes to these terms in accordance with our General Terms of Use.
